KSI Industries LLC, doing business as KSI Freight (“KSI Freight,” “we,” “us”), runs ksifreight.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. We collect what you enter in our forms or tell us directly:

• Quote requests: name, company, email, phone, origin and destination (city and ZIP), service, equipment, pickup and delivery dates, how often you ship, commodity, weight and any notes.
• Driver applications: name, email, phone, home base (city or ZIP), position, CDL class, years of experience, equipment you've run, endorsements, preferred routes, truck details and any notes.
• Calls and emails: anything you share when you contact us.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to record how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and whether a form was submitted. The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps: when it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

How we use it

• Respond to quote requests, prepare pricing and arrange shipments
• Review driver applications and contact applicants
• Send a confirmation email after you submit a form
• Answer questions and provide customer service
• Understand how the site is used and improve it
• Protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse
• Meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations

How we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run parts of the site for us: Netlify (hosting and form storage), Resend (confirmation emails) and Google (analytics). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Google Maps, when the map on our contact page loads. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of KSI Freight, our customers or others.
• A buyer or successor if KSI Freight is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics cookies help us count visits and see which pages are useful. The Google map on our contact page may also set Google cookies when it loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies doesn't stop the site or its forms from working.

Our site doesn't currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, applications and related messages as long as we need them to respond, do business with you and meet legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. Then we delete them or make them anonymous.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and the site is served over HTTPS. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you've submitted. Contact us using the details below; we'll confirm your identity before acting on a request.

California residents. If the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) applies to us, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request that we delete or correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and not to be treated differently for using these rights. You can make a request yourself or through an authorized agent.

Children's privacy

This site is for businesses and job applicants. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own, so review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
